Certification Schemes

Electrical equipment intended to be used in industrial, marine and explosive atmosphere conditions are required to be assessed to higher safety standards due to the nature of the settings where it'll be used. These conditions might have a mixture of gases, vapors, dust and/or other substances which are highly combustible. Examples of such locations are oil rigs, mines, and chemical plants.
