Q: How do I request for a quotation?
A: To request for a quote:
  1. Click on a product from our catalog.
  2. Select the option of a product you would like a quotation for
  3. Click "Add to Quote".
  4. A side banner named "View Quote" will be on the top right side of your browser once you've added an item to your quote.
  5. Once you're done adding items, provide your contact details.
  6. If needed, write us an enquiry for items that are not in our catalog.
  7. Finally, click "Submit Quotation".
Q: What if I can't find an item in the product catalog?
A:  We may not have uploaded the item you're looking for onto our product catalog yet, however we are still able to assist you! Send us an enquiry by:
  1. Click on "Contact Us" at the top or bottom of our website
  2. Fill in the enquiry form with your contact details and a message to ask us about the product you're looking for. 
  3. Alternatively, contact us by Whatsapp (+6016 661 6629) and/or e-mail (check@seekwong.com.my)
  4. We will get back to you within 24 hours

Q: What happens after I submit a product enquiry or request for quotation?
A: If we have the product you're looking for:
  1. We will send you an official quotation via e-mail. Please note our quotations are based on ex-stock subject to prior sales.
  2. If you agree with the quotation, reply to us via e-mail with a purchase order.
  3. We will then issue a sales invoice with our payment terms and conditions, along with a delivery order.

Q: What are the payment methods available?
A: We accept the following payment methods:
  1. Cheque - Must be crossed with "A/C PAYEE ONLY" in favour of SEE KWONG ELECTRIC (KL) SDN. BHD. Please e-mail our sales representative a scan of cheque bank-in slip once payment is made.
  2. Bank transfer - Bank details will be provided when we issue a sales invoice to you. Please e-mail our sales representative the scan/digital screenshot of the bank-in slip once payment is made.
Q: What is the currency of sales transactions?
A: All sales will be done in Ringgit Malaysia.

Q: What is "ex-stock"?
A: The term "ex-stock" refers to goods which are available immediately from our warehouse. This means that we can send goods ordered with little or no lead time, other than the time it tacks to deliver them. Therefore, customers who need our goods urgently can be assured a fast and efficient service. However, ex-stock are subjected to any prior sales we may have when we quote.

Q: How long does product delivery usually take?
A: Delivery estimates are as follows:
  1. Within Klang Valley: 1 working day. Orders above RM 2,000 are eligible for next day delivery.
  2. Rest of Peninsular Malaysia: 2 working days
  3. East Malaysia: 3-4 working days

For locations outside of Klang Valley, our go-to courier is GDEX. Please note that these timings are estimates and may change depending on size of order.

Q: Do you allow self collection of goods sold?
A: Of course! Self collections of goods can be done at our office located at:
